Treatment
times
Treatment times are only guidelines. We endeavour
to provide our clients with the best possible service, however
sometimes some clients need a little more time than others, thus
making the time overrun. If you are in a hurry, then please let us
know so that the treatment carried out fits in with your time
schedule.
Treatment
prices
All prices include VAT and are correct at the time of printing as of
Sep 2011. We reserve the right to change prices without prior
warning, although we shall try to avoid this.
Deposits
A deposit of 20% is required to guarantee any booking over £40.00.
Deposits are non-refundable, however bookings can be rescheduled or
cancelled if notice is given within 24 hours.
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for any cancellation.
Gift vouchers
Whatever the occasion, gift vouchers are always the perfect choice,
they can be purchased from the salon, or simply phone direct. Gift
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please
note: we do not give discount on our vouchers.
